Purpose isn’t something you figure out by thinking harder, it unfolds when your body finally feels calm enough to listen.
Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with some combination of anxiety, ADHD traits, and unresolved trauma, and the truth is, these experiences often overlap. A chronically activated nervous system can make it hard to focus, plan, remember tasks, or follow through. Likewise, interest-based attention patterns can increase overwhelm, procrastination, and mental looping when life feels out of alignment. I take a gentle, non-pathologizing approach to this overlap: instead of assuming something is “wrong” with you, we explore how your brain and body are responding to stress, unmet needs, or external pressures/conditioning. Together, we identify practical strategies to support your attention, nervous system, and emotional clarity so daily life feels more manageable and purposeful.​

Taking goal oriented action both in and out of sessions is an essential part of the therapeutic process - not just knowing what you want to do but how to do it! And that's one of my biggest areas of strength: helping you identify actions and make a plan to align your actions with your truest version of self.
